About the role
Founding GTM role located in Columbus, OH. You’ll be the Founding GTM of Corgi's Columbus office, shaping culture, playbook, and early wins for an AI-native insurance carrier.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls and outreach to startup founders, operators, and finance leaders.
- Qualify outbound leads and move them through the top of the sales funnel.
- Own your CRM hygiene — accurate notes, next steps, and follow-through on every deal in your pipeline.
- Partner closely with Account Executives and underwriting to hand off qualified opportunities.
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
Qualifications
- Competitive drive and a track record of hitting quota.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; you're comfortable picking up the phone and getting told "no".
- Coachability and a genuine desire to improve quickly.
- Comfort within a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
- No prior insurance experience required. We'll train you on the product and the industry.
