About the role

Product Operations Manager at Mytra, responsible for building and owning the internal operating system and cross-functional process layer to scale a robotics-enabled hardware/software company.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own Mytra's internal operating system: information architecture and AI-assisted workflows across Slack, Notion, and Linear
  • Own the operational process layer from sales through deployment: convert verbal handoffs into written, repeatable processes and ensure changes reach everyone touched
  • Act as the cross-functional translator between commercial, product, engineering, and operations
  • Set lightweight documentation and communication norms, and build or configure tooling to codify best practices as the Product Operations function scales

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Product Operations, Program/Product Management, BizOps, or Chief-of-Staff-style role at a scaling company (ideally hardware + software)
  • Experience shipping own tools and using agentic AI tools to automate workflows and internal tools
  • Clear communication and ability to influence without formal authority
  • High-agency, entrepreneurial mindset; ability to define a role that doesn’t fully exist yet
  • Ability to balance chaos and bureaucracy to maintain a paper trail without slowing the company
  • Nice to have: experience with Slack, Notion, Linear; experience standing up feedback, launch/beta, or documentation systems; comfort with SQL/spreadsheets; hardware product development processes (CAD to PLM, ERP, MES)
