About the role

Role for a Product Manager/Engineer at Lance, focused on overseeing product roadmap and lifecycle for autonomous AI agents that run hotel operations. On-site in San Francisco, full-time with compensation around $200k-$260k total cash/eq/bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the roadmap and lifecycle of assigned products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
  • Manage development cycles and evaluate product performance
  • Provide proactive leadership and effective communication to drive client success

Qualifications

  • Product Management skills (roadmapping, backlog prioritization, product lifecycle management)
  • Market research and user research skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in SaaS, AI technology, or hospitality software is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects
