About the role

On-site deployment role supporting hotels across the US, combining customer success, operations, and hands-on implementation for Lance AI-powered hotel operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build real relationships with each hotel's leadership and staff
  • Plan the implementation strategy for every property you take on
  • Train the whole hotel team on Lance, sometimes 100+ employees per hotel
  • Own setup and go-live, then ensure long-term success on Lance
  • Bring feedback from the field to the team and help sharpen the playbook

Qualifications

  • Hospitality, customer success or operations experience (recent hospitality grads welcome)
  • Confident leading a room and training large groups
  • Organized, reliable and calm when plans change on-site
  • Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
  • Willingness to travel often; US work authorization
  • Bonus: multilingual, or experience in customer success or hospitality
