About the role

Growth Marketer (Founding) at Klaimee, a YC-backed startup delivering liability coverage for AI agents. This is a founding role with end-to-end ownership of marketing in a small, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

  • Content production - articles, blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and other written content that builds our brand and pipeline
  • SEO & GEO - ranking us on search engines and getting us cited by AI/LLMs (generative engine optimization)
  • Experiments - dinners, events, billboards, and other creative, unconventional bets to get us in front of the right people
  • The "boring but essential" stuff - consistent posting, newsletters, keeping our channels alive and on-brand
  • Measurement - tracking what's working and reporting on it honestly so we know where to lean in

Qualifications

  • Generalist who wants to touch everything, not specialize in one channel
  • Creativity with disciplined execution
  • Strong writing and speed
  • Comfort with ambiguity and self-direction
  • Fast mover, data-curious, outcome-driven
  • Early in career but hungry to grow into a marketing leader
