About the role

Senior Platform Engineer role focused on building and maintaining Attio's platform infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, SLOs, incident response and collaboration with product teams to scale reliable, cost-effective systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve platform infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP), ensuring environments are reproducible, version-controlled and auditable.
  • Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end for fast, reliable and secure builds, tests and deploys.
  • Own observability stack (metrics, logging, distributed tracing) as the foundation of reliability culture.
  • Define and enforce SLOs for latency, availability and error rates; manage capacity to stay within them.
  • Lead incident response: triage and resolve complex production issues, run blameless post-mortems and ship fixes as code.
  • Partner with product engineering teams to remove manual toil and shorten the path from code to production.]
