About the role

Senior Recruiter focused on full-cycle recruiting across GTM functions in the US (NYC) with emphasis on building Attio’s presence in the US market and connecting talent to Attio’s global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions, with a focus on building Attio's presence and network in the US market (NYC)
  • Partner with GTM Executives, Hiring Managers and Talent team to implement structured, calibrated hiring processes
  • Calibrate, engage and accelerate hiring while embedding a strong hiring culture as the US presence grows
  • Work across Attio's global team, including London and SF, connecting top talent to opportunities across the company
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain data hygiene
  • Engage in role launches and staffing across Sales, Success, Support and Marketing in a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrate evangelism for Attio and build networks within US GTM talent pools

Qualifications

  • High-growth AI, B2B SaaS or tech startup recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proven track record hiring across IC and manager levels; exec experience a bonus
  • Deep familiarity with US talent networks (GTM) and building teams across SF and NYC
