About the role

Senior Data Analyst to partner with Customer Success and Operations, turning open-ended questions into reports, metrics, and dashboards to drive retention, permit turnaround speed, and scale teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own analytics for Customer Success and Operations. Collaborate with senior leaders to understand roadmaps, identify opportunities, and define/measure success.
  • Deliver tangible impact by triaging data requests, prioritizing high-value analytics, and focusing effort where it moves the business.
  • Build dashboards to answer recurring questions, collaborate with Analytics Engineering to write dbt models when data isn’t readily available, and document for self-serve analytics.
  • Be the translator: convert open-ended requests into PRDs and guide high-impact problems through to resolution.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or similar roles
  • Strong SQL (CTEs, window functions)
  • Experience modeling in a BI tool (Omni preferred) and data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake
  • Working knowledge of dbt (write a model, tests, PRs)
  • Hands-on use of LLM tools (Claude, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate SQL, draft dbt models, and automate reporting
  • Ability to ask the right questions about decisions behind requests before writing SQL
  • Bonus: experience with Salesforce data, supporting Customer Success/Operations, or modernizing legacy reporting
