About the role

Role focused on managing a named group of high-stakes clients (lenders, developers, brokers, law firms, and repeat buyers) to move orders forward, anticipate needs, and feed feedback into product.

Responsibilities

  • A named group of clients — lenders, developers, brokers, law firms and repeat buyers
  • Knowing what each of them is working on, so you can tell them what matters before they think to ask
  • Being the person who gets things moving when an order is stuck
  • Being honest early when something will not arrive on time, rather than after the deadline
  • Carrying what this group needs back into the product, because it is usually what everyone else will need next

Qualifications

  • You are unusually well spoken
  • Genuine composure
  • You want to look after something rather than be handed tasks
  • You will learn title, encumbrance and registration properly. We will teach you
  • Fluent English and Telugu or Hindi. A third Indian language is a real advantage
  • Comfortable meeting clients in person
  • Graduates from any discipline
