Senior GIS Engineer
About the role
Senior GIS Engineer responsible for GIS data pipelines, data structuring, cleaning, automation, and integration of GIS datasets across multiple Indian states, with a focus on GIS infrastructure, data quality, and scalable ingestion.

Qualifications
- 3–6 years of relevant GIS experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS, QGIS, Mapbox, or similar tools
- Experience handling GIS data within databases (PostGIS preferred)
- Strong understanding of spatial data structures and coordinate systems
- Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and schema standardization
- Exposure to web scraping and automation tools (Python preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geomatics, GIS, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
