About the role

Role focused on guiding clients through property diligence discussions, identifying appropriate level of checks, and ensuring smooth handoff to operations while providing clear, language-appropriate communication in order to help clients make informed property decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand what someone is actually worried about before recommending anything
  • Recommend the right level of diligence for their situation — including when what they already have is enough
  • Hand over clearly to our operations team, because what you promise is what they have to deliver
  • Bring back the things people keep misunderstanding, so we can fix them in the product
  • Keep our records accurate, so the next person who speaks to that customer knows what happened

About Landeed

Landeed is India's fastest property title search engine

Landeed is building India's (then for rest of the world) fastest and most comprehensive property title search engine. More than 84% of Indian household wealth is stored in real estate, property and land. However, with 2/3rds of all court cases in India dealing with land-related disputes, it is essential that people have accessible public records to both protect themselves against litigation and provide appropriate documentation for facilitating transactions.
