About the role

Role to own end-to-end delivery of priority client cases requiring government document issuance; ensure on-time delivery and proactive client communication. Four positions available in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of priority cases, tracked through every office, team and field agent between the order and the document
  • Proactive communication with clients, providing new dates and reasons before deadlines lapse
  • Unblocking: chasing sub-registrar and revenue offices, escalating internally, finding alternative routes when first options stall
  • Maintain professional, contract-like written communication suitable for lenders and law firms
  • Identify root causes of delays and push for fixes rather than absorbing recurring delays
  • Collaborate with VIP Client Advisor to manage relationships while delivering documents

Qualifications

  • Exceptional written English (required)
  • Organised enough to manage around 100 live cases
  • Calm and precise under pressure
  • Comfortable with trackers, CRM tools and building reporting
  • Fluent English and Telugu or Hindi
  • Graduates from any discipline

  • Compensation includes fixed and variable components: ₹6L–₹7L fixed, ₹1.8L–₹3.6L variable; On-target earnings ₹7.8L–₹10.6L
