Senior Product Designer
About the role
Camber is seeking a data‑driven Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive experiences around large, complex datasets in healthcare, balancing immediate pragmatic solutions with scalable systems for the future.
Responsibilities
- Become the expert on internal user workflows and share understanding with the team
- Untangle complicated processes, systems, and datasets to create straightforward experiences
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and identify problems
- Create clarity by defining the real problem to solve and aligning stakeholders
- Lead projects from 0 to 1, from problem identification to shipped solutions
- Design for both current needs and future scalability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally with complex, quantitative domains
- Data fluency and comfort using data to inform design decisions
- Systems thinking and ability to see how workflows, data, people, and systems fit together
- Customer empathy and ability to understand how users actually work (including messy parts)
- Curiosity and willingness to become an expert in healthcare or billing as needed
- Mission-driven mindset to reduce manual work for clinicians
