About the role

Be the face of Conveo to the world's best brands and drive client onboarding, adoption, expansion, and advocacy for enterprise customers within a growth-focused, YC-backed AI research platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts from onboarding through expansion
  • Run world-class onboarding — use case mapping, stakeholder training, and first-project coaching
  • Drive adoption across the client organization — activate individual users and create internal champions
  • Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders at the VP/SVP level
  • Travel to clients regularly — in-person is how real trust gets built
  • Generate advocacy — testimonials, references, and introductions to peers at other companies
  • Partner with sales to identify and drive expansion opportunities within your accounts

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in consulting, SaaS customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Outgoing and energetic — you thrive in front of clients and build trust quickly
  • You think in business outcomes, not feature checklists
  • Intense — fire in the eyes. You care deeply about making clients successful
  • Research experience is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Willingness to travel to clients — this is a relationship-first role
