About the role

Conveo is seeking a Product Engineer to build and own internal tools and applications that power the team across sales, CS, recruitment, and operations. The role is AI-native, full-stack, and focused on delivering end-to-end features for internal workflows with a strong emphasis on user impact and rapid iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full stack, from the interface to the infrastructure, including internal tools and AI-powered features built on LLM APIs; design API and infrastructure; work with Vercel, AWS, Supabase, and BigQuery.
  • Be the engineering voice in every team you serve; gather feedback, translate it into scoped decisions, and follow through with delivery.
  • AI-First: leverage agentic solutions, build internal AI stack, and iterate rapidly to improve software factory.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience building applications or tooling that automate human workflows
  • Full-stack experience across API design, databases, async backend jobs, and frontend UX
  • Being AI-native with hands-on experience in AI-centric products, prompt engineering, and LLM APIs
  • Extensive client-facing experience turning customer problems into adopted solutions
  • Proven track record of leading projects from concept to launch
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team
