About the role

Conveo is seeking a GTM Associate Intern to support go-to-market operations. The role is embedded in GTM Ops as a generalist operator, driving internal tools, sales enablement, customer operations, and end-to-end process improvements to help the revenue machine run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve internal GTM tools. Own the apps the team relies on every day; from sales collateral and pricing tools to partner-facing pages and product onboarding flows. Design, build, and ship solutions, often using modern AI tools to move fast.
  • Own sales enablement. Lead the internal hub that houses decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral; plan with stakeholders up to Head of Sales, build it, and keep everything sharp, current, and easy to find.
  • Run support and customer operations. Own the support inbox: build the workflows, automate the triage, and maintain high-quality, fast responses.
  • Keep the business organized behind the scenes. Manage contract/document inventories, classification and gap analysis, pricing tooling, renewals, and subsidy applications.
  • Research markets and competitors. Map new verticals, track competitor positioning, identify ICP patterns, and surface insights to sharpen selling and focus areas.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Business, management, engineering or any other relevant degrees
  • High agency; you take initiative and act without waiting for a task list
  • Comfortable working with data and senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills; capable of juggling multiple initiatives
  • Builder's instinct; enjoy making processes and tools better, and willing to learn new software
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
