About the role

Lead cross-functional project management, provide data-driven supply chain insights, and develop contingency plans to ensure supply chain continuity and agility. Serve as central coordinator aligning resources, delivering practical solutions, and driving high-value business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Project management and cross-functional coordination: Establish and maintain the project governance framework, standardized tools, and functional-level document management protocols; Own end-to-end planning, execution and closure of cross-functional projects; Develop project charters, timelines, milestones and responsibility assignment matrices; Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive consistent, aligned delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related fields
  • 6–8 years of experience in project management and supply chain operations within the consumer goods, retail or FMCG industry
  • Proven practical ability to develop business contingency plans and conduct scenario and stress testing analysis.
