About the role

Product Manager responsible for the legacy systems and the new platform migration, owning and improving platform-based content management systems that support distressed borrower recovery workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap, backlog, trade-offs, and health of content management products; lead with dedicated engineering capacity; set direction and priorities.
  • Engage with clients, Client Success, Operations, and Compliance to understand real needs and communicate requirements to the team.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with domain teams rebuilding the functionality on the new platform; explain what is built, changed, and why.
  • Triage escalations, manage priorities, and keep stakeholders informed; collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure FDCPA, Reg F, and TCPA compliance.
  • Define migration and operational readiness strategies: decide what stays, what moves to the new platform, and what to turn off; sequence migrations; ensure runbooks, training, and metrics are prepared before shipping.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Product Management with a track record of shipping revenue-moving products.
  • Fintech, collections, lending, or other regulated financial services experience is a plus; B2B2C experience valued.
  • Strong with clients and senior stakeholders; ability to communicate clearly and drive precise problem definitions to engineering.
  • Team leadership; ability to unblock, set direction, and own results.
  • Fixer mindset; ability to improve messy, unreliable systems to be more valuable and understandable.
  • Technically credible: able to read integration specs, reason about data flows, and discuss costs with engineers.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete documentation; able to turn partial information into actionable plans.
