About the role

Back-office operations role focused on managing workflows, client portals, records validation, payments, and cross-functional collaboration within TrueAccord (a TrueML subsidiary). 100% non-customer-facing position with on-site work in Lenexa, Kansas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Workflows & Ticket Queues: Prioritize requests, drive daily ticket queue management, and meet client deadlines and service expectations.
  • Maintain Client Portals & Accounts: Upload, review, and maintain precise account information and documentation across internal systems and client portals.
  • Validate Records & Legal Media: Review account records, legal documentation, and attorney-related requests to guarantee total accuracy and compliance.
  • Execute Payments & Resolve Discrepancies: Process payments, update account records, research discrepancies, and keep core operational data current.
  • Process Operations Correspondence: Review and respond to client and internal communications promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate Across Functional Pods: Partner with cross-functional pods within Specialty Handling to balance workloads and adapt as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
