About the role

Admissions Representative serving as the human face of Primer for prospective families, conducting in-person meetings, campus tours, and community engagement to support campus growth and enrollment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person parent meetings with prospective families, meeting them at times and locations that work for them.
  • Host campus tours and open houses in collaboration with campus staff to keep educators focused on students.
  • Represent Primer at community events, building authentic local presence and trust.
  • Maintain rigorous scheduling, communication, and follow-up in Salesforce/Groove—full alignment with central admissions processes.
  • Serve as a local ambassador for Primer, ensuring families feel welcomed and informed during enrollment exploration.
  • Surface patterns from family conversations back to the central admissions team and share recurring objections or questions.

Qualifications

  • Sales, admissions, or customer-facing experience—ideally in an educational setting—with a track record of building relationships and hitting goals.
  • Comfort with CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce/Groove experience a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to read the room and adjust for diverse family backgrounds.
  • Genuine ease with in-person relationship-building and community energy.
  • Discipline to work autonomously on the ground while staying aligned with centralized leadership and processes.
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends to meet families.
  • Collaborative instinct to work across functions and know when to loop in the GM, admissions, or handle it independently.
