About the role

You will own product enablement for GTM, sitting at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market. Responsibilities include building and running product bootcamps, ongoing technical training, and enablement for major capabilities; creating demos, eval templates, and technical collateral for the GTM team; partnering with engineering, marketing, and Deployed Engineering to develop customer-facing technical content and scalable resources.

Responsibilities

  • Own product enablement for GTM, at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market.
  • Build and run product bootcamps and ongoing technical training.
  • Enablement for every major capability Parallel launches.
  • Turn knowledge into demos, eval templates, and technical collateral for the GTM team.
  • Partner with engineering and marketing to build customer-facing technical content.
  • Collaborate with Deployed Engineering to convert deal learnings into scalable resources for the broader team.
  • Spend ~80% of time building and enabling, ~20% staying close to live deals to ground work in customer conversations and challenges.

Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years in tech, ideally at a fast-moving startup.
  • Fluent with modern AI tools and using them in own work.
  • Able to write code and quickly understand customer’s technical challenges.
  • Able to translate complex products into clear, usable content for others.
  • Strong understanding of how sales teams operate and what helps them win.
  • Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer background a plus.
  • Product or technical enablement experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
