About the role

Agent Operations role focused on end-to-end customer workflow implementations, agent performance improvement, and building reusable capabilities to scale Valerie Health’s AI agents for healthcare practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementations. Own workflow discovery, design, testing, launch, and stabilization.
  • Build and troubleshoot. Work with AI coding tools, APIs, integrations, and agent configuration; partner with Engineering on complex technical work.
  • Improve agent performance. Use data and operational feedback to diagnose issues, prioritize improvements, and deliver measurable results.
  • Build for reuse. Apply existing components and turn recurring customer needs into shared workflows and platform capabilities.
  • Drive execution. Clarify ownership, resolve blockers, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Your background may include consulting, strategy and operations, solutions engineering, technical implementation, analytics, product, or related work.
