About the role

Senior role to open and operate in-person therapy clinics, coordinating field activities, vendors, and day-to-day operations to enable nationwide clinic launches from a remote-first, West-Coast based team.

Responsibilities

  • Open and operate physical clinics where therapists meet patients in person.
  • Spend time in the field preparing new spaces, supporting therapists, coordinating vendors, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Support, Marketing, Provider Success) to resolve issues and ensure smooth launches.
  • Shape clinic operations and build repeatable processes to support expansion across the country.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in multi-site operations, clinic operations, facilities, hospitality, retail, events, or another role supporting physical locations
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities; serve as primary local point of contact for therapists; empathetic in resolving platform/scheduling issues; collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and basic data visualization
  • Ability and willingness to learn new software platforms quickly (e.g., Ops App, Hex dashboard)
  • Willingness and ability to travel to other U.S. markets and remain on location for several weeks or months during clinic launches, ideally West-Coast based
  • Proven ability to identify and independently resolve physical and administrative roadblocks with on-the-ground ownership
