About the role

Clinical Operations Associate at Solace bridging clinical excellence with operational execution, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Medical Officer. Focused on delivering value to patients, maintaining quality and compliance, and shaping healthcare advocacy at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Drive value and learn. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
  • Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant solutions to clinical challenges
  • Support and implement processes that allow our clinical services to grow without sacrificing the personalized care that defines Solace
  • Actively contribute to maintaining and elevating our clinical standards, serving as a guardian of quality in everything we deliver
  • Convert high-level clinical strategies into executable plans with clear metrics and accountability

Qualifications

  • Have completed at least one internship or research project related to this field
  • Proof you are curious, passionate, and operationally-minded: examples of processes you created, tools you implemented, or chaos you tamed
  • Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information
  • Clinical or healthcare interest is a significant plus, but operational chops are prioritized
  • Bias toward action balanced with humility: willingness to solve problems while asking why and learning from others
