About the role
Educato is seeking a local UGC Campaign Manager to lead the creator-driven growth program in the candidate's market. The role focuses on recruiting UGC creators, managing campaigns, and partnering with the global GTM team.
Responsibilities
- Find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram.
- Negotiate rates, onboard creators, and manage campaigns.
- Review content and give fast, clear feedback.
- Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.
Qualifications
- You are a native speaker of the main language used in the market you want to lead.
- Good English communication skills.
- You are a UGC creator or have previous experience creating UGC for brands.
- Understand what makes short-form content authentic and engaging in your market.
- Organized and good communication skills.
- Fast learner and results-oriented.
