About the role

Senior TPM leading multi-workstream programs with cross-functional collaboration, focusing on customer success, scalability, and adoption of Lakehouse architecture within Databricks.

Responsibilities

  • Architecting Standards: install operating rigor (cadence, metrics, reviews) adopted by other TPMs across the region.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: lead high-visibility initiatives requiring deep collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Marketing; resolve misalignments with senior Directors.
  • Strategic Risk Leadership: manage change management for large-scale digital transformations to ensure organizational readiness for Lakehouse adoption.
  • Knowledge Multiplication: document best practices and lead internal training to elevate the Professional Services organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8–12+ years leading large-scale technical programs.
  • Technical Fluency: Advanced technical fluency; 2 Databricks Associate Certifications or 1 Professional-level Certification required within 6 months of hire.
  • AI Strategy: Proven track record of leveraging AI-enabled tools to optimize large-scale program delivery and cross-functional synergy.
  • Senior Leadership: Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executive stakeholders (CxOs).
  • Scope: Experience managing projects with teams up to 5 people and contract values in excess of $0.5M.
