Responsibilities
- Build data pipelines and find new ways to tokenize and compress medical data
- Design and execute pretraining runs on longitudinal patient data (Time Machine)
- Train the reinforcement learning system, Crystal
- Own evals end to end
- Ship models into prod with real patients
- Set the research direction; unlimited token budget and substantial compute available
Qualifications
- Prior research experience (evidenced by publications or technical blogs) and/or MLE roles are preferred
