About the role
Founding GTM lead role for Prescience, a seed-stage health-tech company focusing on AI-driven healthcare risk pricing, care delivery, and disease anticipation. The role is highly autonomous, multi-channel, and ownership-focused, responsible for growing employer adoption, building broker/partner networks, and shaping pricing/positioning with the founders.
Responsibilities
- Close employer groups yourself
- Build broker, investor-network, and partner channels that bring in hundreds of groups
- Turn early customers into referrals and case studies
- Work with carriers, regulators, and providers
- Sell to and close new employer groups in a single month
- Stand up automations for outbound and onboarding
- Hire and guide growth team members to scale growth
Qualifications
- - Revenue ownership: experience taking a pipeline from zero to closed deals, preferably in complex multi-stakeholder sales
- - Analytical rigor: understanding funnel, unit economics, and drivers of conversion
- - Distribution instinct: ability to identify scalable channels or partnerships
- - Agency: proactive problem-solving without a playbook
- - Communication: ability to persuade CFOs, brokers, or founders
- - Systems bias: habit of building processes to eliminate repetitive work, ideally with AI
