About the role

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our experienced hire team and manage candidate coordination for technology professionals in Asia offices, focusing on an organized, proactive approach and a warm, people-first candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Keep applicant tracking system updated
  • Schedule interviews
  • Manage recruiting calendars
  • Coordinate live interviews as they happen
  • Help manage recruiting tools and platforms
  • Learn and implement day-to-day candidate coordination and strategy behind the approach

Qualifications

  • Have 0-3 years of professional experience (recruiting, HR or operations experience is a plus but not required)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-starter with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator across teams and with stakeholders (colleagues, candidates, search firms, external partners)
  • Humble, eager to ask questions and seek feedback
  • Flexible team player with positive attitude and adaptability
  • Willing and able to learn new recruiting systems and tools
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to work more efficiently
  • Experience with tools like Greenhouse, Workday Recruiting, Gem, Jira or Tableau is a plus
  • No financial industry experience required
  • Fluent in English
