About the role

Role focused on designing, executing, and amplifying high-impact events in the San Francisco Bay Area, turning each event into content assets to drive awareness and pipeline for Jack & Jill.

Responsibilities

  • Own events end to end (concept, logistics, guest lists, day-of execution, follow-up) at high volume
  • Turn every event into social content that extends its reach beyond the room
  • Grow and activate the SF network of founders, VCs, and operators
  • Connect events and content to awareness and pipeline, and measure what’s working
  • Operate independently in a distributed team and collaborate with the SF GTM team for alignment

Qualifications

  • Experience running high-volume event series and amplifying them on social media with measurable reach
  • Background in events, community, or content roles at startups, fintech, or VC-adjacent companies (SF preferred)
  • Recognized SF connector with strong intros and content-driven visibility
  • Built something from zero (community, meetup, event series, social following) as hands-on doer
  • Ability to link great events to a warm pipeline and be measured on outcomes
  • Comfort with the scrappy, high-ownership, 0-to-1 startup environment and equity upside
