About the role

Senior Designer responsible for visual direction, brand craft, landing pages, campaign imagery, paid creative and web experiences. Define typography, layouts, imagery, motion graphics, and scalable visual systems; collaborate with growth on launches and positioning; work across static and motion, AI-assisted processes, and fast-paced campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Own visual direction and brand craft for Jack & Jill
  • Design landing pages, campaign imagery, paid creative and web experiences
  • Define typography, layouts, imagery, motion graphics, and scalable visual systems
  • Collaborate with growth team on launches and positioning, maintain consistency, and push quality and creativity of marketing
  • Campaigns end-to-end: take briefs and bring to life across paid creative, organic channels, and landing pages (including B2C - Jack and B2B - Jill)
  • Define a distinctive visual language for Jack and Jill across external channels
  • Guard and evolve the brand system, set the bar for taste across the company
  • Create out-of-home (OOH) visuals for billboards in major markets
  • Leverage freelancers and agencies as scale grows; collaborate with top content strategists
  • Move quickly from brief to live, learn what works, iterate fast
  • Be a team player working closely with a senior growth team

Qualifications

  • Taste and strong design aesthetic
  • Experience leading teams at agencies or studios but wants IC role
  • Rooted in consumer brands; brand experience preferred
  • Proficient in static and motion design (2D/3D, stills and moving image)
  • Familiar with After Effects, Jitter, Blender or equivalent tools
  • Curious about AI to enhance workflow while maintaining high taste level
  • Ability to move fast, own projects from brief to live, large budget for experimentation
  • Strong collaboration skills within a senior, IC-led team
  • Residents of or willing to work in London (on-site at Shoreditch Exchange)
