About the role

Elite Graduate Program in Sales designed to train top talent into high-performing Account Executives within 18 months, through structured rotations (SDR, BDR, then AE Inbound or AE Outbound) and the Lexroom Sales Academy.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads.
  • Learn discovery basics, opportunity qualification and handoff to AE.
  • Learn how to generate pipeline from scratch.
  • Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting.
  • Own inbound deals on our legal segment (AE Inbound) or take ownership of a territory and drive outbound deals end-to-end (AE Outbound).
  • Run discovery calls, demos, handle objections and close first customers.
  • Collaborate with senior AEs, Sales Coach and Sales Director on live deals and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate (or up to 1 year experience) with strong interest in B2B sales and tech / AI.
  • Consistently been in the top performers of university, sports, projects, or work.
  • Excellent communication in Spanish (native or C1+) and English.
  • High drive and resilience; comfortable with ambitious targets and rejection.
  • Fast learner, asks tough questions, seeks feedback to improve.
  • Wants responsibility early and impact beyond a typical graduate badge.
