About the role

Unify is building the first AI-native outbound platform that enables revenue teams to identify buyers, enrich accounts, and execute personalized multi-channel outreach from a single AI-powered workspace. The role involves shaping product roadmap and engineering foundation, building new products with modern tech, and scaling the team.

Responsibilities

  • Shape both our product roadmap and engineering foundation working with a highly collaborative product, design and engineering team
  • Build new products using the latest tech such as TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs, and more
  • Experiment, assess and integrate with various tech platforms and vendors that help us deliver value faster
  • Lay the foundation for our engineering standard so that we can successfully scale our team and business

Qualifications

  • You have 8+ years of software engineering experience and have a track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
  • You are customer-obsessed, creative and hungry. You have the ability to take high-level business/product ideas to deployed engineering solutions
  • While you are independent you are also kind and highly collaborative. You always go the extra mile to help your team members
  • You have experience standing up and managing infrastructure. You are comfortable and excited to mentor multiple engineers
