About the role

In-person 12-week Software Engineering Internship in San Francisco. Intern will own a meaningful project, work with a manager and mentor, and ship real work alongside Juicebox engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Own a meaningful project contributing to Juicebox’s product or engineering infrastructure
  • Build alongside engineers, ship real work, and observe customer usage
  • Potential focus areas include improving search quality/ranking, new filters/data sources for search, applying LLMs to improve recruiting, improving internal tools/developer experience/testing infrastructure, and enhancing user onboarding

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field—or equivalent experience
  • Experience building something from scratch (class, personal project, research, internship, startup, or open-source)
  • Enjoy solving ambiguous problems and learning by building
  • Take ownership, ask thoughtful questions, and seek feedback
  • Care about user impact of what you build
  • Experience programming in at least one language and solid CS fundamentals
  • Ability to work from San Francisco office for full 12-week internship
