About the role

Hands-on, detail-oriented hardware assembly, testing, troubleshooting, quality control, and order fulfillment for low-voltage data acquisition hardware (Voltlets) in an onsite role within Field Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, wire, program, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage data acquisition hardware (Voltlets).
  • Follow SOPs, wiring diagrams, and QC processes to ensure consistent and reliable hardware.
  • Prepare and package hardware for deployment to customer sites and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
  • Work with Project Engineers to fulfill hardware orders and troubleshoot field hardware issues.
  • Maintain production documentation and identify opportunities to improve quality, reliability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of relevant assembly or manufacturing experience; technical certifications, vocational training, or an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, self-directed, analytical, and accountable, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with low-voltage electrical systems, wiring diagrams, hand tools, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience accurately maintaining records in digital systems.
  • Preferred: Experience with ERP or CRM systems, Salesforce, manufacturing work orders, inventory processes, telemetry or hardware configuration platforms, and SOP documentation.
  • Physical: sitting/standing, pallet jack, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
