About the role

Graduates join incident.io as part of the Product Development team to ship real code from day one, work on meaningful projects end-to-end, and contribute to AI-native features in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own at least one meaningful project end to end: idea, build, ship, watch people use it
  • Work in Go, TypeScript with React, and Postgres on Google Cloud (GKE, Cloud SQL)
  • Use Terraform for infrastructure with BigQuery, PubSub, Cloud Storage; monitor with Sentry, Grafana + Prometheus, Kibana; test/deploy with CircleCI
  • Contribute to AI-native features (agents that investigate incidents, explain what’s happening, and potentially fix things)
  • Receive proper mentorship and senior engineering support while shipping with full ownership and hard deadlines

Qualifications

  • You're enrolled in a full-time Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science (or a related field)
  • Know any programming language such as Go, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails or Javascript
