About the role

GTM Talent Partner at incident.io, a UK-based hybrid role focused on hiring for Sales, Customer Success and Sales Engineering within the GTM organization. Own UK hiring, drive creative recruitment strategies, and contribute to rapid growth of one of London’s fastest-growing startups.

Responsibilities

  • Own UK hiring across Sales, Customer Success and Sales Engineering, working directly with hiring managers to find and hire the best talent in the market.
  • Collaborate with GTM team to support doubling headcount next year.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing and branding campaigns to attract top talent.
  • Participate in events and initiatives (branding, coffee kiosks, events) to build pipeline and engage with potential candidates.
  • Work with hiring managers to assess, interview, and close candidates with a focus on rapid, high-quality hires.
  • Be proactive in trying new sourcing methods and taking ownership of recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment, ideally with GTM exposure
  • High energy, resourceful, and self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
  • Brilliant eye for talent and strong sourcing/instincts
  • Enjoys the thrill of the hunt and building relationships with candidates—proactive outreach even when not actively looking
