About the role

Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end Pricing and Packaging initiatives, partnering with Product and cross-functional teams to bring new offerings to market and protect revenue through repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

  • Cross Functional Influence: Drive alignment across stakeholders required to launch a pricing or packaging change, including FP&A, Revenue, Legal, IT, and Billing. Hold stakeholders accountable to timelines and decisions, translate priorities and requirements across functions, and ensure alignment between product intent and commercial execution.
  • Pricing and Packaging Knowledge: Demonstrate proficiency in SaaS pricing models, packaging structures, and monetization levers, including consumption-based and usage-based models. Understand tiering, bundling, metering, and discounting flows from product design to revenue recognition.
  • Process Architecture: Map and document the launch process to create a scalable playbook; recommend process improvements to reduce time-to-market and manage increased portfolio complexity while protecting revenue.
  • Accountability and Follow-Through: Maintain real-time view of open items, owners, dependencies, and approvals across active launches; develop and enforce tracking processes; identify friction points and escalate as needed.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of program or project management experience in the product organization of a SaaS or technology company
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional external product releases from start to finish
  • Experience at the intersection of Product, Finance, Legal, and Systems teams (strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging to technical, business, and executive stakeholders
  • Curiosity about Elastic's products and ability to advocate for the right process changes
