About the role

GTM Strategy & Operations Manager for EMEA responsible for partnering with regional sales leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, manage territory design, forecasting, analytics, and operational execution across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Regional strategy and planning: Partner with EMEA sales and regional leaders to shape go-to-market strategy, own territory design and book-of-business construction, drive annual and quarterly planning cycles across capacity, headcount, and target-setting
  • Operating cadence and forecasting: Run weekly forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews; own forecast accuracy and pipeline health end to end; surface slippage and coverage gaps
  • Analytics and insight: Analyze sales performance, productivity, and pipeline dynamics; set and track goals and KPIs; translate analyses into executive-ready recommendations
  • Operational execution: Remove operational bottlenecks for the EMEA field; manage account transitions, CRM updates, and data management; collaborate with central RevOps to improve regional planning for scalability and transparency
  • Partnership and communication: Serve as trusted advisor to EMEA sales leadership; act as cross-functional SME across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product; communicate changes clearly

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM strategy, management consulting, or corporate strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech sales
