About the role

The EMEA Outbound BDR at Envoy is responsible for generating sales pipeline by delivering qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives, targeting prospect accounts, and initiating relationships to drive sales opportunities. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in London at least 4 days per week and offers clear path to advancement into Account Executive roles.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point-of-contact for prospective Envoy customers across a range of industries
  • Work with Sales (AE), Marketing, and BDR Management to deliver a world-class customer experience for prospective customers
  • Create connections with colleagues while working 4-5 days from the London office
  • Execute an Account-Based go-to-market motion with high-value accounts while balancing high-volume activity (e.g. >100 outbound calls via Nooks)
  • Develop strong knowledge of Envoy’s product suite and market perspective on workplace and visitor management
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and advance within Envoy

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable ability to prospect into Mid-Market/Enterprise level accounts using a variety of tactics (phone, personalized emails, sales tools)
  • Excellent time management skills

  • Superb written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong organization and autonomy
  • Team-oriented experience
  • Experience with SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Nooks
