About the role

Role focused on building and operating the agent harness that ingests and reasons over a knowledge graph to drive autonomous AI agents for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the systems for context retrieval, planning and execution, tool use, memory, and recovery from failure.
  • Build evals and production traces to improve how the harness translates company knowledge into reliable agent behavior.
  • Shape harness architecture and future capabilities based on findings.

Qualifications

  • New graduates are welcome.
  • Ability to reason about how agents retrieve and use company context (knowledge graphs, tool calls, memory, context management).
  • Design evals, diagnose failures across retrieval, model behavior, and execution; improve task quality, latency, and cost.
