About the role
Sim is a platform to build autonomous AI agents for enterprise systems. This role involves working directly with customers to turn their workflows into production-ready agents, owning end-to-end deployments, building integrations, shipping agents and evaluations, and feeding production feedback into the platform roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to turn workflows into agents that run in production.
- Own deployments end to end: develop understanding of customer problems, build integrations, ship agents and evals, engineer systems for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
