About the role

Part of the licensing governance team within ION Group, focused on managing software licensing, ensuring compliance, reporting, and process support across the organization. Collaboration with IT and Legal to ensure correct license usage and alignment with vendor requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of contractual terms in respect of internal and external queries
  • Critical thinking skills

  • Self-motivated and hard-working individual who is goal orientated
  • Intellectually curious
  • Good interpersonal and communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands
  • Monitor licensing compliance and address licensing queries; maintain accurate reporting; support licensing-related processes

Qualifications

  • Students in the last year of College/University
  • Faculty of Informatics or degree in computer science (engineering), numerical (mathematics and physics), Economics and other
  • Written & verbal Italian skills (B2)
