About the role

Senior Engineering Director leading multiple engineering teams focused on delivering effective and reliable cybersecurity products and systems, with strategy, leadership, technical guidance, and people development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple teams of engineers delivering customer facing products.
  • Partner with Product Management to define and execute a strategy and achieve audacious goals.
  • Lead and mentor engineering managers and engineers across the organization.
  • Work with peers around the world to drive cross organizational projects and develop best practices.
  • Foster a culture that is results oriented without sacrificing curiosity, kindness, and empathy for customers and co-workers alike.
  • Define metrics that guide the engineering teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in your teams

Qualifications

  • Experience managing engineering managers.
  • Experience managing complex projects with external dependencies
  • Results and metrics driven
  • A strong attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience hiring great engineers
  • A kind and generous attitude towards customers and coworkers alike
  • Ability to set technical direction and own decisions
