About the role

Senior procurement technologist focused on end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) with Zip HQ as the intake/orchestration layer and Oracle Fusion Cloud as the financial system of record. Responsible for architecture, configuration, integration health, governance, and release management across Zip and Oracle to enable automated, data‑driven procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Process Architecture: Design and optimize the global S2P process, ensuring a frictionless hand-off between upstream sourcing/intake (Zip) and downstream purchasing/payables (Oracle Fusion).
  • Dual-Platform Configuration: Act as the functional lead for both Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement. Build complex intake workflows in Zip while configuring Requisitioning, Purchasing, and Supplier Portals in Oracle.
  • Integration Ecosystem Management: Own the functional health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration. Monitor data flow for Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Master Data, ensuring in-flight changes are reflected across systems.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting. Translate policies into precise logic within the tech stack.
  • Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure Oracle remains audit-ready. Map Category Codes, Cost Centers, and Tax attributes between Zip UI and Oracle GL.
  • Release Management: Manage quarterly update cycles for both Zip and Oracle with impact assessments to avoid disruption.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Model)
  • 2+ years of experience with Zip (Zip HQ)
  • Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle including PR/PO lifecycle, 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • Experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs
  • Ability to map complex, cross-functional business processes and automate or remove bottlenecks
  • Systems thinking: understanding how changes in Zip affect GL and AP in Oracle
