About the role

Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead one of Rula’s Key Strategic relationships, driving strategic growth, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic growth of a key partnership for Rula
  • Apply sales principles, stakeholder management, and landscape insights to initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate standard Rula methodologies
  • Act as internal champion for partner needs, balancing customer voice with growth goals and firm-wide scalability
  • Navigate complex regulatory and clinical requirements to inform actionable business strategy
  • Manage executive-level relationships with large health systems or payers
  • Communicate effectively with board room/executive-level stakeholders both virtually and in-person

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of related professional experience in growth/strategy and/or account management within healthcare or complex B2B2C marketplaces
  • Proven track record of hitting aggressive revenue or growth targets (e.g., doubling a market or business unit)
  • Demonstrated experience managing executive-level relationships with large health systems or payers
  • Experience in external customer-facing roles with executive presence and succinct communication (written and verbal)
  • Deep understanding of member user journey and operational + clinical workflows within health systems
  • Ability to synthesize complex regulatory and clinical requirements into actionable business strategy
