About the role

Salesforce Architect to design and build systems that connect patients, clinicians, and insurance between Salesforce and supporting tools, optimizing data flow and reliability for mental health care operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design how information about patients, clinicians, and insurance moves between Salesforce and other operational tools.
  • Write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation; determine when to use code vs configuration.
  • Design data exchange, security, monitoring, and recovery for Salesforce integrations with other systems.
  • Create data models and ownership decisions for data touched by multiple systems.
  • Explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders and achieve alignment across teams.
  • Set technical standards through design reviews, documentation, or mentoring.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years building on Salesforce, including at least 2 years responsible for design decisions on large or complex implementations
  • Hands-on ability to write, review, and debug Salesforce code and automation
  • Experience designing data exchanges between Salesforce and other systems, with security, monitoring, and recovery considerations
  • Experience designing durable data models and data ownership across systems
  • A track record of communicating technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders and achieving consensus
  • Experience setting technical standards through design reviews, documentation, or mentoring
