About the role

Director-level role owning the operating model for a core B2B business unit within Revenue Operations, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to design growth plans, model targets and capacity, define the sales funnel, and translate performance data into actionable decisions to move B2B motion from growth to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operating model for one of Rula’s core B2B business units within Revenue Operations.
  • Design how we grow: build the plan, model targets and capacity, define the sales funnel, and turn performance data into decisions about where to focus.
  • Move a B2B motion from “growth” to “scale” by sharpening ICP, improving economics, and ensuring the team has a trusted plan to execute against.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience across revenue functions, with 5+ specifically in Sales Ops, RevOps, Strategy, or related GTM roles in B2B or B2B2C businesses
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated expertise building and owning GTM plans (targets, quotas, territories, coverage models, or RoE) for SMB and Mid-Market sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to derive insights from raw data, build/maintain forecasting models, understand funnel dynamics, and lead / co-lead pipeline reviews
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including experience creating executive-ready narratives and decks and translating trade-offs to non-technical audiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to land GTM decisions
