About the role

Staff or Principal Product Manager for the Agent Management Platform (AMP) responsible for shaping enterprise-grade AI agent design, deployment, management, and scaling. Own a strategic area within AMP and collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-centric products that enable enterprises to build and operate AI agents at scale while balancing speed, safety, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define and Drive Product Strategy: Develop a clear, actionable product vision and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Build for Scalability and Modularity: Ensure the platform supports integration capabilities, APIs, SDKs, and modular design for enterprise use.
  • Champion Process Excellence: Lead streamlined processes for feature requests, prioritization, and delivery aligned with Parloa's operating model and product standards.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to prioritize features based on strategic fit, feasibility, and impact.
  • Elevate Decision-Making with Data: Implement robust analytics and observability tools to measure platform performance, prioritize features, and refine strategies.
  • Foster Customer-Centric Development: Align platform goals with customer and market needs across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, technical consulting, CTO/CPO roles
  • Strong understanding of platform architecture, APIs, SDKs, modular design principles, and integration strategies
  • Customer-centric mindset with experience translating needs into scalable platform solutions
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL) and using data to inform decisions and measure impact
  • Leadership with ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority
  • Strategic vision with track record of defining long-term product strategies and stakeholder alignment
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
