About the role

Hybrid role focused on onboarding, HR administration, and coordinating employee experiences for Agility Robotics’ People Operations team across multiple offices and remote staff.

Responsibilities

  • Own the new hire onboarding experience end-to-end, from offer acceptance through the first 90 days, coordinating logistics across Fremont, Salem, and Pittsburgh offices and remote team with IT, Facilities, and Recruiting.
  • Keep onboarding touchpoints fresh and engaging (new hire orientation, first-week schedules, buddy programs) with creative ideas to make new hires feel welcomed and excited.
  • Plan and support company events (offsites, family days, summits, holiday parties), managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and day-of logistics.
  • Manage day-to-day HRIS administration, processing employee data changes and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support HR systems, documentation, and workflows, seeking simplifications to improve the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with team members on ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in People Operations or related role.
  • BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience administering an HRIS platform, including processing employee data changes and maintaining data integrity.
  • Enthusiasm for onboarding and a creative mindset for building engaging programs.
  • Experience planning team events and creating engaging moments that bring the team together.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple moving pieces.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
